Trisha Logan’s experience in the field of Historic Preservation allows her to take an active roll in the research of historic buildings, including development of National Register nominations, historic district surveys, and tax incentive research for rehabilitation projects. She also brings knowledge of building materials, innovative repair methods and the ability to identify sources of failures. Trisha’s experience in historic structure evaluation and building investigation enables her to use sensitive and non-invasive preservation techniques in each project.
