AltusWorks was selected to assess water infiltration in a recently completed 40’ high foundation wall at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. After a thorough visual survey, AltusWorks provided a technical analysis of the slurry wall condition and determined the source of the failure. The firm proposed a repair system that would extend the system’s life span and allow the client uninterrupted use of the building’s interior functional spaces. |
