Envelope Evaluation

We investigate the condition and behavior of the building envelope including exterior walls and roof systems, provide recommendations for an appropriate repair or restoration program, develop project budget cost opinions, and perform contract administration services during implementation. We also assess water infiltration, elevated humidity levels, and conditions contributing to mold growth, poor indoor air quality and building component degradation. Finally, we provide recommendations for repair or replacement of damaged building components, modification to existing systems, and/or replacement of failed or poor performing systems.
