Medicine West
AltusWorks was recently awarded the contract to provide full architectural services for the masonry repair and window replacement project at the College of Medicine West Building. Built in 1930, the building is brick masonry with decorative limestone elements and is supported by a concrete frame. The scope of work will involve masonry restoration, replacement of steel structural
members and window replacement. AltusWorks project philosophy is to maintain the historic character of the building, adhere to the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Historic Preservation and provide the client with a technically exceptional and aesthetically accurate project. |
