HH Backer Office Renovation
HH Backer Associates, a flourishing business-to business service company in the pet industry, commissioned AltusWorks to provide architectural services to renovate the 11th floor interior of the historic Gage Building into new company headquarters. Located on Chicago’s Historic Michigan Boulevard District and designed by Holabird & Roche, the Gage Building provides a distinguished location for the client’s 8,900 s.f. office. AltusWorks is providing full design and management services to the client, developing an environmentally conscious, contemporary workspace for the company’s growing needs within this historic setting. The new offices will include movable wall and storage systems to meet current space requirements as well as allow flexibility for future reconfigurations. |
